Delivery fee
Flat ¥770 (tax included) nationwide. Free shipping on orders of ¥11,000 (tax included) or more.

There are no additional charges beyond the delivery fee above.

Delivery time
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Delivery takes a further 1–5 business days depending on region and conditions.

Payment methods and timing
Credit card (Visa / Mastercard / American Express), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Card payments are confirmed at the time of order.

Returns and exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Opened products (eau de parfum, parfum and similar) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, soiled or incorrect, please contact us at contact@1992.perfumerh.com within 7 days of delivery. After confirming the issue, we will offer an exchange or a refund.
