Shipping
We ship to addresses across Japan from our Japan fulfilment partner, OpenLogi.
Shipping fees
Orders of ¥11,000 or more (tax included): free shipping.
Orders under ¥11,000 (tax included): a flat fee of ¥770 applies.
Prices are in Japanese yen and include consumption tax.
Carrier
Orders are dispatched by OpenLogi using either Yamato Transport (宅急便) or Sagawa Express. The carrier is selected on the day of dispatch and cannot be chosen at checkout. Both carriers offer tracked, signed-for delivery across Japan.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 12:30 JST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends, or on Japanese public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
Honshu: 1–2 business days
Hokkaido: 2–3 business days
Kyushu and Shikoku: 1–2 business days
Okinawa: 2–4 business days
Remote islands: 3–5 business days
Weather, public holidays and carrier capacity can extend these.
Tracking
A dispatch confirmation email with a tracking number is sent automatically when your order leaves the warehouse. The tracking link will take you to either the Yamato or Sagawa website, depending on which carrier handled your order.
Failed delivery and re-delivery
If you are not at home when the carrier attempts delivery, they will leave a re-delivery notice (不在票) in your letterbox. You can arrange re-delivery directly with the carrier using the phone number, QR code or web link on the notice. Both carriers offer free re-delivery within their standard hold period (typically 7 days). Parcels not collected within that window are returned to us.
International shipping
We do not ship internationally from the Japan online store. If you are ordering from outside Japan, please visit our UK store at perfumerh.com, which ships to the UK, Europe and selected international destinations.
